I appreciate that 10X doesn’t view clients as transactions, but as collaborators whose needs and challenges help shape better solutions.

What do you find most rewarding in your current role? 

What I find most rewarding in my current role is seeing customers succeed and watching their businesses improve as a result of the work we’ve done together. Implementing a new ERP is a major transition, and it can be challenging for any organization. That’s why it’s incredibly fulfilling to see a project launch smoothly and deliver real value. When a customer tells me the system is making their operations easier or helping them grow, it feels like a meaningful accomplishment and a clear sign that the effort, collaboration, and problem-solving were all worth it.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?  

Drawing/Art. I’ve always admired people who can take an idea in their head and bring it to life visually. Being able to sketch concepts, create illustrations, or simply express ideas through art would be incredibly rewarding. It’s a skill that blends creativity and communication, and I’d love to have that ability naturally.

What’s your go-to snack or beverage to power through a busy day?  

Since I’m not a coffee drinker, my go-to beverages are usually water and OJ in the morning, followed by iced tea throughout the day. As for a snack, well, my favorite is a classic Italian hoagie. A hoagie is considered a snack in New Jersey, trust me.
