Customer service, without a doubt. It's so important to ensure our customers have a product that truly works for them — and that we're there for them when they need us most.

What do you find most rewarding in your current role?

Helping customers get the most out of this outstanding software and watching them succeed. There's nothing better than seeing it all click for them.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?

Becoming an AI expert! It's such a rapidly evolving space, and I'd love to dive deeper into it.

What's your go-to snack or beverage to power through a busy day?

I run on Dunkin'! My go-to is the brown sugar shaken espresso — it never lets me down.
