Why 10X?
What initially drew me to 10X was the company's commitment to innovation. 10X is leading the way by embedding AI directly into the ERP platform, giving distributors practical tools they can use every day to work smarter and make better decisions. Being part of a team that is pushing the industry forward was an opportunity I did not want to pass up.
Which of our company values resonate with you the most and why?
Customer success has always been at the center of how I approach my work. That aligns perfectly with 10X's commitment to delivering practical solutions, building lasting relationships, and helping customers achieve long-term success. It is rewarding to be part of a team that views every implementation as the beginning of a partnership rather than simply the completion of a project.
What do you find most rewarding in your current role?
The most rewarding part of my job is helping customers overcome operational challenges and seeing the impact an ERP solution can have on their business. Whether it is simplifying a process, improving visibility, or making someone's day-to-day work easier, knowing we have helped a customer become more efficient and successful is what motivates me.
If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
I would love to become fluent in multiple languages. Being able to communicate with more people and experience different cultures firsthand is something I have always admired.
What’s your go-to snack or beverage to power through a busy day?
I like to start the morning with a cup of green tea, and when the afternoon picks up, coffee keeps me going.
