The Pick Tickets are printed by the Warehouse, and Invoicing is completed automatically as soon as the product ships. Accounting is all real-time information, so we can see financial results up to the minute.”
“10X has sped up all our processes,” according to Dan Goodman, the Distribution Operations Lead. “Previously we waited for pick tickets to come into the warehouse from the office. Now as goods are received on the dock, we immediately are notified the Shipments are eligible for picking. Our Order Print Tool also notifies us of orders that need to ship by date, so we can focus on what needs attention right now.”
“When I first saw 10X ERP, I told you guys that it was like driving an Aston Martin,” states Jeff Winders, Rothkopf’s Purchasing Manager. “Now that I have been using it live for four months, I can still say it is the best thing to use.
