I’m excited about 10X because of its bold vision to transform ERP systems with modern, scalable solutions. The name itself suggests exponential growth and impact, which aligns with my own drive to contribute meaningfully and grow professionally. I’m drawn to companies that challenge the status quo and innovate with purpose—and 10X truly embodies that spirit.

Which of our company values resonate with you the most, and why?
Transparency. I’ve been fortunate to work for several companies, and transparency has always been a key value I look for. I appreciate it from the vendors I work with, and I know our customers value the transparency we provide as well.

What do you find most rewarding in your current role?
The most rewarding part of my role is solving complex problems that directly improve workflows and outcomes. Whether it’s streamlining processes or resolving data inconsistencies, I find fulfillment in making systems more efficient and helping teams work smarter.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
Dancing. I have rhythm in my soul, but my body has never wanted to cooperate. Whether it’s moving to live music or ballroom dancing, I’d love to finally dance the way I imagine it in my head!

What’s your go-to snack or beverage to power through a busy day?
A mid-day Diet Coke or Monster energy drink. Either one gives me the boost I need to finish the day strong.
