We are thrilled to introduce John Rogers, the newest member of our 10X ERP team! John joins us as our Customer Support Champion with an impressive 23-year tenure in the ERP industry. He is eager to leverage his extensive experience to provide top-notch support to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our state-of-the-art ERP solutions.

Why 10X?  

10X was and is built by a distribution business. Logically, out-of-the box, it’s a natural fit. It’s not like any of the many generic systems out there right now. It is built for immediate use. 

10X is nimble and always adding industry-specific functionality…quickly. The tech stack and “API-first” approach is what many growing companies need. 10X is incredibly impressive. 

Which of our company values resonate with you the most and why?  

As a company, 10X offers a relationship with their customers that has almost become extinct. Having conversations versus “tickets/cases/portals” lends to a personal relationship and partnership. 

What do you find most rewarding in your current role? 

Learning a new, clean, “moldable” system and working with a team that truly cares about the product.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?  

Speaking one or more other languages fluently.

What’s your go-to snack or beverage to power through a busy day?  

Coffee!!! All day long! Throw in a couple of Hostess cupcakes and I am good to go!
