10X ERP customers appear in HubSpot as Companies, complete with live sales metrics like open quote value, open sales orders, year-to-date sales, last-year-to-date sales, all-time sales, and last sale date. Customer contacts sync to HubSpot Contacts and are automatically associated with the right Company. Open quotes sync to HubSpot Deals with name, amount, pipeline, and stage. When a quote is converted to a sales order, the Deal moves to a "Converted" stage. When a quote is deleted, the Deal moves to a configurable "Deleted" stage so your pipeline always reflects reality. Every record in HubSpot links back to 10X ERP for one-click context.
Admins control what syncs and how: master enable/disable, customer sync on or off, quote sync on or off, auto-sync new customers by default or opt in per customer, sync all contacts or only those with email addresses, pipeline and stage mapping, and background or immediate sync modes. Bulk and historical syncs are available for onboarding, configuration changes, or backfills, and every HubSpot API call is recorded in an audit log inside 10X ERP for troubleshooting.
