You authorize 10X ERP from your own Seller Central account, and you can revoke that access at any time. Using the Amazon Selling Partner API, 10X ERP imports your merchant-fulfilled and Fulfillment by Amazon orders, publishes the available quantity for each SKU to your listings, sends carrier and tracking details back to Amazon when you ship, and retrieves Amazon commissions and fees so they post to your general ledger. We update quantities only and never change your prices or listing content.
For merchant-fulfilled orders, 10X ERP receives the buyer name and shipping address so your warehouse can pick, pack, and print a shipping label. That data is stored only in your company's own ERP database, is used for nothing else, and is deleted 30 days after delivery.
